I am an passionate yoga Instructor with a working
experience of 10 years in designing and customizing
the program, according to the needs of students. I have
completed 200 hours Yoga Instructor course in the
year 2013 In Vyasa Singapore. I have in depth
knowledge about postures, breathing techniques and
core functionality of Yoga. I have experience of
personal coaching and group classes.Currently I am
handling students with prenatal, diabetic, weight loss
,back pain, flexibility and core strengthening.
