I am a certified Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of experience, passionate about creating personalised, student-centred practices that meet each individual exactly where they are.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Instructor Training at Vyasa Singapore in 2013, building a strong foundation in asana, pranayama, and the functional principles of yoga. Over the course of my career, I have guided more than 150 students across both group classes and one-on-one coaching sessions.
My current practice reflects the diversity of real-life wellness needs. I work with students who are pregnant, diabetic, managing weight, recovering from back pain, or looking to build flexibility and core strength. I tailor every session to the unique goals and limitations of each student, ensuring yoga is accessible, safe, and deeply transformative for all.
