I have ten years of experience as a working yoga instructor and am passionate about creating and tailoring the curriculum to the needs of the students. In 2013, I successfully finished a 200-hour Yoga Instructor training at Vyasa Singapore. I am knowledgeable about the fundamentals of yoga, including the poses, breathing exercises, and overall functionality.Up until now, I have managed approximately 150 students. I have expertise with both group classes and one-on-one coaching.I am now working with fifteen students, including those who are pregnant, diabetic, trying to lose weight, experiencing back pain, and need flexibility and core strengthening.
